Click on your Start button - then choose Settings - then choose Network and Dial-Up Connections.

Right-click on the Gemair icon and choose rename. Rename your connection Donet.

Double-click on your Donet icon.

This will open your Connect Donet box.

Click on Properties.

Replace the phone number with one of the new numbers. Click here for a list.

Click on the Networking tab at the top.

In the center of the box is a list of items. Make sure that Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) is highlighted. Click on Properties.

Make sure that it is set for "Obtain an IP adress automatically" and
"Obtain DNS server address automatically"

Click OK. Then OK again.

This should bring you back to the Connect Donet box.

Remove the capital P from in front of your User name or the @gemair.com from the end of your User name.   

Leave your password alone. It did not change.

Click Dial to connect to Donet. Once you have successfully connected, it will remember your new User name.
