Changing server settings for MS Outlook 2002/2003

Start up MS Outlook by clicking on Microsoft Outlook in your Start or Programs menu.

When Outlook opens, click on the Tools menu, then on E-Mail Accounts:

Select View or change existing e-mail accounts. Then, click Next to continue:

Here you may change or review your Internet E-mail Settings (POP3):

Under User Information:
In the Your Name field, type your name however you wish it to appear on outgoing mail messages. (This can include capital and lowercase letters, and spaces).
In the E-mail Address field, type your GEMAIR e-mail address. (This should be all lowercase).

Under Logon Information:
The User Name and Password do not require any changes.

Under Server Information:
In the Incoming mail server box, change mail.gemair.com to pop3.donet.com.
In the Outgoing mail server box, change mail.gemair.com to smtp.donet.com.

Click Next.

Finally, click the Finish button:
