Problems Logging In

    Make sure you are not using a capital "P" in front of your username. For example: If your e-mail address is "johndoe@gemair.com", your login name would be "johndoe" 

    Note: Make sure this username is all lowercase.

 

Using WebMail

 

To delete or move a message to another folder, check the box at the far right of the message and select the destination folder from the drop-down menu. Trash is the default. Click Move. This will move the selected message/s. Caution: messages moved to WebMail folders are only accessible through WebMail.
